Buttonhole Lake
The lake is fed by groundwater and extends to approximately 1 acre (0.4ha), with 24 pegs and an average depth of 6ft.
The lake is stocked to a high stocking density with mixed coarse fish species including; common carp (up to 25lbs), mirror carp, ghost carp and grass carp (up to 20lbs), as well as tench, barbel, perch (up to 3.5lbs), roach and rudd.

Floodlights have been installed around the perimeter of the lake, enabling evening/night matches.
The 5 hour 30 minute match record is 465lbs.

The lake benefits from an aeration system which includes a water pump and a paddle wheel aerator.

A three bedroom mobile home. The current owners have fitted UPVC windows/doors and a wooden floor. The local authority have confirmed  they would consider a replacement log cabin.
