The Fishery
The lake extends to approximately 1.1 acres (0.4ha) with a central island, 16 pegs and depths from 5 to 17ft.  The lake is fed from a natural spring and the Afon Nug brook, with an inlet and outlet. The lake has previously been stocked with a variety of trout species. The fishing income was derived from day tickets, on both a ‘catch and keep’ and ‘catch and release’ basis. Wheelchair access to part of the lake.

Café / Shop Building
A single storey building extending to (140m2 NIA) constructed in 2011. The café has 32 inside and 20 outside covers, a fully equipped commercial kitchen, office area and toilets. Full disabled access.   The café has a retail area, previously used to sell fishing tackle, local produce and garden and home accessories.

Manager’s accommodation
A former park home log cabin. 2 bedrooms, (1 double, 1 single), Kitchen/living area, bathroom. LPG fired central heating.

The trading accounts for 2014/2015 show a turnover of approximately £63,000 from 26 weeks trading. The property was then let between 2015 and 2016.
