LOCATION
Oasis Lakes is situated in the village of North Somercotes, conveniently accessed off the A1031, approximately 20 miles south of Grimsby, 30 miles north of Skegness and 40 miles from Lincoln.

DIRECTIONS
Take the B1200 from Louth. At the A1031 turn left and follow the road to the village of North Somercotes. In the village take the first right after the large caravan park, signposted Oasis Lakes

THE FISHERY
Oasis Fishery extends to approximately 9 acres and is managed as a day ticket fishery with the emphasis on good quality coarse fishing.

Island Lake extending to approximately 0.8 acres with 29 pegs and a depth of 5ft stocked with, carp to 20lb, ghost carp to 15lb, F1 carp, tench, roach, rudd, perch and chub.

Roadside Lake extending to approximately 1.4 acres with 49 pegs and a maximum depth of 10ft. Stocked with carp to 26lb, ghost carp to 19lb, silver fish, bream, tench and F1 carp. This lake is mainly used for club matches.

Carp Lake extending to approximately 1.8 acres with 17 pegs and a maximum depth of 15ft. Stocked with a large head of double figure carp to 38lbs, tench to 10lbs, grass carp to 18lb and catfish. Also holds large shoals of bream and roach.

The lakes were originally dug out for sand and gravel in the 1930s. The fishery has been managed to a particularly high standard under the current ownership. The fishery also has the benefit of the following:

o Access to all lakes by car
o Hard car-parking
o Overspill car-parking
o Complete security fencing around the property with
o electric gates on time clock
o 98 purpose built quality pegs, the majority with car-parking behind
o Comprehensively stocked lakes with aeration systems.

FACILITIES BUILDING

• Accommodation on first floor, open plan kitchen, dining, lounge with feature fireplace, incorporating woodburner, French doors onto balcony overlooking a private koi pond. 3 Double bedrooms, 1 en-suite, family bathroom.

• Oasis Café providing in excess of 30 covers with purpose built fully fitted and equipped commercial kitchen providing hot and cold food and drink.

• Oasis Tackle Shop fully fitted and stocked selling a comprehensive range of tackle and bait.

• Caravan Site. A 5cl site is located in a quiet secluded area adjacent to the lakes screened with mature trees and shrubs with 5 well spaced pitches with 16 amp hook-ups.

• Static Holiday Cabin. The holiday cabin is located opposite the Facilities Building and has been operating for the 2011 season. Occupancy rates to date have been high.
