Hordle Lakes is an established commercial fishing complex set in the New Forest National Park. The property comprises seven lakes, manager's dwelling and tackle shop, set in 10.9 acres (4.4 ha).

Location
The property is located in the village of Hordle, in the New Forest National Park. New Milton 1.3 miles, Lymington 5 miles, Christchurch 8 miles, Cadnam (M27) 15 miles, Bournemouth 15 miles. The property is accessed directly off Ashley Lane.

Hordle Lakes
The fishery has been established for over 35 years and is one of the most popular coarse fisheries on south coast catering for both pleasure fishing and specimen carp anglers. The fishery has the benefit of a large car park at the northern end. The lakes are spring fed and well stocked with carp, tench, perch, bream, roach and rudd.

The fishery has well maintained paths and fishing pegs around the lakes, together with ample car parking along the eastern boundary, with car parks at the north and south end.

Spring Lake
Extending to approximately 0.7 acres (0.28 ha) with 15 pegs and a maximum depth of 5 feet. Stocked with carp up to 24lbs, tench 7lbs, bream 6lbs, perch 3lbs, roach to 3lbs

Kingfisher Lake
Extending to 1.5 acres (0.6 ha) with 12 new pegs and a maximum depth of 8 feet. This is the main specimen lake, stocked 140 carp ranging from 10lbs to 31lbs and around 75 different 20lbs fish. 

Long Lake
Extending to 0.6 acres (0.24 ha) with 20 pegs and a maximum depth of 5 feet. Stocked with carp up to 24lbs, roach 2lbs, rudd, perch, skimmer, bream and tench.

Tench Lake
Extending to 0.3 acres (0.12 ha) with 10 pegs and a maximum depth of 4 feet. Stocked with Carp to 15Ibs, Roach to 1.5Ibs, Perch to 2bs, Tench to 2.5Ibs and Bream to 4Ibs.

Tiddler Lake
Extending to 0.1 acres (0.04 ha) with a maximum depth of 5 feet. This pool is an ideal fishing experience for youngsters and is stocked with carp up to 5lbs, perch and a variety of silver fish.

Willow Lake
Extending to 0.7 acres (0.28 ha) with 20 pegs and a maximum depth of 6 feet. Stocked with mirror and common carp up to 20lbs, tench to 5lbs, roach to 2lbs, skimmer, bream and perch.

Canal Lake
Extending to approximately 0.2 acres (0.08 ha) with 6 pegs and a maximum depth of 3 feet. The lake is stocked with carp, tench, roach, rudd and bream.

Owner/Manager's Dwelling
A detached single storey lodge positioned overlooking Kingfisher Lake, the accommodation comprises an open plan living area, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. Decking area to the front of lodge and fenced garden area to the north and south elevation.
